Harpers Heroes receive great feedback!
The Harpers Heroes event went down a storm not only with staff but suppliers and shortlisted nominees alike.
One piece of feedback shows how worthwhile the event was……..
“We were thrilled to be short listed for the Harper Heroes award, it took a great deal of courage for us to join the gym now we wouldn’t miss it for the world if we can help it. The trainers and all the staff have given us so much encouragement right from day one and it is still the same almost one year later, a real wow factor brilliant, the awards and of course winning the Family section was the icing on the cake and we are thrilled to bring the award back to Stoke Mandeville for all to share! The awards day was very memorable and professional: this started with the Photo shoot which was great fun and put us very much at ease with a lovely photographer, meeting with all the people who had worked so hard to make this day very special, and it was,we felt special. We were treated so well and you guys were so friendly our Disability’s were never an issue. We were lucky enough to sit with the Man himself ( Richard Millman) and he was a perfect host made he sure it was our evening and it certainly was. When we heard our name for the winner’s we really couldn’t believe it….. we were so thrilled we now feel even more determined to work hard and hope to be back with another chance to become a Harper’s Heroes in the future.
