Harpers Fitness has linked up exclusively with Liam Richards and Danny Ball, better known as Strike to provide a fun-based martial arts programme for children, which will launch in January 2009.

Harpers Strike Launches February 2009 at:

• Harpenden Leisure Centre
• Okehampton Leisure Centre
• Parklands Leisure Centre
• Peterlee Leisure Centre
• Riverside Swimming Centre Norwich
• Seaham Leisure Centre
• Willesden Sports Centre
• Wyboston Health and Fitness Club

All Harpers Strike courses will launch soon after the week commencing 5th January 2009. 

Strike were made famous earlier in 2008 when they impressed the audience and the three judges – especially Amanda Holden, in the final of Britain’s Got Talent.  They became an inspiration to thousands of children (and adults) up and down the country with their innovative and breathtaking martial arts moves and choreography to music.

This new innovative programme is aimed at 5-16 year olds in a bid to encourage more young people to enjoy exercise and physical activity as part of their everyday lifestyle.

We are looking to roll out Harpers Strike at all out Harpers centres from Easter 2009.”
