Stars of British Swimming re-open two Harpers Fitness gyms

Harpers Fitness at Wyboston celebrated the launch of its new look gym, which was officially opened by Great Britain Olympic Swimmer and Strictly Come Dancing star Mark Foster.

Nearly half a million pounds has been invested into the private health club, which now features state of the art equipment as well as a boxing fitness zone for those looking to add something new to their workout.

Mark Foster said: “I have been training at Harpers for a number of years; however the new gym offers a fantastic facility that the team at site should be extremely proud of. The facility offers equipment suitable for the novice trainer through to Olympic athletes!”

Meanwhile…Harpers Fitness at Meadowlands Leisure Pool was officially re opened by Commonwealth games medallist Adrian Turner following a £60,000 joint investment from West Devon Borough Council and Harpers Fitness. Adrian then stayed at the centre to give a swimming lesson to local children who attend the Meadowlands Swimming Club and Harpers Swim School.
