How can I maximise my pool based exercise programme?

With the help of Australian swimwear and equipment brand Zoggs we have made swimming more interesting. Just by visiting our ‘Swim4Fitness’ board on poolside you will be able to access over 40 different programmes.

'Swim4Fitness' offers a variety of swim programmes designed for all levels and abilities. All you need to do is select a programme card suited to your level and follow the instructions on the card. The programme will cater for swimmers who want to swim just 16 lengths to more serious amphibians covering up to 3,000 metres.

Swim4Fitness has 4 levels, you just need to decide which category suits you. It starts at Calm for a more gentle programme, Tone if you want to test yourself a little more, Fitness for even more intensity all the way to Performance for those of you who are serious about swimming. Each programme will offer you variety whilst maintaining an appropriate level of activity suiting your aspirations.

You will be amazed by just adding some of our Zoggs equipment into your swimming activity how much it will improve your swim experience.

The kit will allow you to target specific muscle groups, for instance using a kickboard will help you seriously tone your thighs and bottom. It really is a great workout. A Pull Buoy will help you isolate your upper body, specifically your shoulders and arms.
