I am constantly adding to my skills in an attempt to develop my knowledge further. On top of my

Olympic Ring training, Kettlebells, and Olympic lifts, I am also an advocate of CrossFit training, all of
which I use with my clients!

attempt to educate my clients on a healthy lifestyle
• I have taken a particular interest in heart rate training, enabling the body to work in the best and
safest way to gain benefits from fat burning, building muscle and sport specific training

I play football in Cambridgeshire Premier League and enjoy new sports such as surfing and
coasteering, when I’m not doing a sport of some description or in the gym I enjoy socialising with

I have always been a keen sportsman, enjoying Cricket, Rugby, and Athletics though my dedication to cricket hasn’t always been so popular with my girlfriend especially on a soggy Saturday afternoon! I love to travel and in recent years I have been to Australia, Hong Kong, China, America and the Caribbean. I have just taken up skiing and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys an active holiday. I also enjoy white water rafting and scuba diving, however I am also keen on gardening and spending as much time as I can outdoors!

I have worked as a Fitness Instructor at Harpers since 2004 and was promoted to the position of Fitness Manager in 2007. I have gained extensive experience of assisting all kinds of clients reach individual goals; this includes people of all abilities in relation to specific fitness improvement, specific training, weight loss and management.
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family in my spare time. When away from the gym I still enjoy being active, teaching studio classes and undertaking my own personal training, however having time to socialise and relax is also important to me.

Having been interested in Athletics and Martial Arts from an early age, I entered the fitness industry in 2004. Starting as a part-time fitness consultant, I progressed from full-time consultant to gym manager, gaining my experience working in three different local gyms.
