Personal Trainer

About me:

I am a young, friendly and positive personal trainer who can easily adapt to people’s specific needs in order for them to achieve their health and fitness goals. I’m an excellent motivator and I use this to enable my clients to work to their full potential. I specialise in dance fitness, core stability and flexibility training.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 Gym Instructor
Movement Analysis
Currently training towards NVQ Level 3 Gym Instructor
Exercise to Music qualification ongoing
NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service

Experience:

After training in performing arts I decided I wanted to work in a group training and aerobic environment so I knew that working in the fitness industry would be the place for me. I’ve currently been in the industry since September 2009 and in that time through the qualifications and knowledge I’ve gained I feel my skills as a personal trainer have increased immensely.

Hobbies:

I enjoy a whole range of outdoor activities including walking, running and cycling. Dancing is a big interest of mine along with yoga and advanced stretching. Swimming and boxing fitness training are also things that I enjoy doing in my spare time.

About me:

I am the Health and Fitness Manager at Perdiswell Leisure Centre and Worcester Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre. I’m a highly motivated, dedicated and friendly personal trainer with a wide
range of exercise and programme knowledge. My aims are to motivate and guide my clients to succeed in reaching their goals not simply by way of gym and studio work but also by changing their lifestyles. These combined bring around guaranteed results time after time. I specialise in sports fitness, body conditioning, core stability and weight loss training.

National Diploma in Applied Science (Sports Studies)

Experience:

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 6 years. In this time I have encountered many different types of clients who have been struggling to reach their goals, with my guidance, knowledge and motivation I have been able to guarantee results and transform their lives. These experiences have enabled me to enhance my skills as a personal trainer and deliver high quality sessions.

Hobbies:

Luke Cowley Wright

Personal Trainer
About me:

I am an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated health and fitness
professional. My aim is to integrate a wide range of exercises and training
methods to ensure that the individual needs of clients are met and their interest
and motivation remains high.
Whilst I believe that training plans should be progressive and challenging, they
must also be fun! I want clients to be proud of their achievements and enjoy the
benefits of fitness and good health.

Qualifications:

I qualified as a gym instructor and Advanced Personal Trainer with Premier UK.
In addition I have enjoyed gaining further qualifications in core stability, nutrition
for sports performance and weight management. I am trained in using medicine
balls and kettle bells to enhance workouts. I’m also a REP’s accredited instructor.

Hobbies:

Fitness and exercise has been a great part of my life since a young age and has
now turned in to a great passion. I have developed an avid interest in regular
gym workouts to maximise my fitness, strength and agility for competitive rugby.
I continue to exercise several times a week. Whilst I enjoy playing rugby, I also
participate in many other outdoor activities. As I train hard myself and believe in
what I do, I therefore push my clients to their full potential.
