Richard Coker

About me:
I am a physically active young man and enjoy taking part in many sports especially
Football. I play every Saturday and have recently been picked to represent my
league. I also enjoy weight training and I am always looking for ways to improve my
performance through gym exercise and have seen a significant difference over the
past year. I would also consider myself to be a fun person to be around.
Qualifications:
I hold a NVQ Level 3 in fitness and exercise qualification. With hard work and
dedication I can help you achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss, weight gain or
you simply wish to improve your overall health and fitness and enjoy a better quality of
life! I also have my FA Level 2 Coaching Badge in Football and I am First Aid qualified.
Experience:
I have been working in the fitness industry for almost 5 years, prior to that I studied
A Level Sports Studies before becoming a qualified Fitness Instructor.
Hobbies:
My interests include watching and playing Football, Weight training and going out with

Zak Melaini

Personal Trainer
About me:
I am a very active person and enjoy all types of sports and in particular weight lifting
and strength training. I was a professional footballer for 5 years in France, where I
played for Paris Football Club.
My claim to fame was meeting my sporting favourite Mike Tyson after he was
crowned Heavyweight Champion of the World.
Qualifications:
I have Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Science which I studied at Brunel
University. I am a REPS Registered Level 3 qualified Fitness Instructor/ Advanced
Personal Trainer. I am also a level 4 GP/ Exercise Referral qualified trainer.
Experience:
I have worked within the fitness industry for 10 years. I have worked as a Personal
Trainer since that period and have been the Harpers Gym Manager for the last 5
years. I have been running the Exercise Referral Programme for over a year at Vale
Farm, dealing with clients who have diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, osteoporosis,
CHD, CAD and obesity.
Hobbies:
Outside of the fitness arena, I like going out with friends and family. I also enjoy
watching soaps.
