Whether you are older or younger, new to exercise and physical activity or a keen fitness enthusiast the dedicated fitness team at Vale Farm can advise you on the most appropriate activity for you and your lifestyle.

Vale Farm are taking part in the new government swimming initiative so the over 60s and 16s and under may now swim free.

New Virtual Tour!

You can now have a good look around Vale Farm Sports Centre day or night without an appointment right from the comfort of your internet browser. A virtual tour has been produced by London Borough of Brent to showcase the facilities on offer to keep you active in the borough.

Virtual tours are great tools to highlight what facilities are on offer as well as to create a feel of what the centres look like from the inside. They place the user at the centre and give the feeling of actually being there and allowing you, the user, to choose what you want to see, when you want to see it.
