I am a fully qualified personal trainer who comes to you with comprehensive programmes and
experience in gyms, studios and client’s homes. All fitness areas can be covered, which can
involve core stability, nutrition and/or all over body sculpting to help you achieve your goals. I have
experience in group training sessions, and individual programmes for weight loss & toning, muscle
definition & size and sport specific training. As a parent I fully appreciate the difficult balancing act
of time limitation and the importance of family commitments and lifestyle, and ensure individual
programmes are designed to achieve results, be flexible, and enjoyable! Whatever your level of fitness
and your goals, I can assure you of motivation and personal support from start to finish...
