Swimming lessons – book now!!
It is never too early to learn to swim – with Adult and Child classes from 3months –3 years.
Increase your confidence supporting your child in the water, and encouraging
the correct swimming positions, whilst enjoying the social class environment.
Pre-School lessons for those aged 3-5 years.
Become independent moving around the pool, learning how to keep safe, and playing
games to encourage swimming on the front and back.
5 years plus follows stages 1-10 to increase confidence and master all swimming
strokes.
Adults it is never to late to learn to swim – with a special promotion of £3 per lesson
the for first 8 weeks. We have adult beginners, improvers and advance classes so
come along and improve your swimming today!!

Cheerleading squad classes here every Wednesday
Have you ever watched Bring It On, Glee or High School Musical and thought, "I'd like to do that."? Well now is your chance.
Cheer London Allstarz are a brand new cheer squad and we train every Wednesday here at the Downham Leisure Centre. You'll have a fun-packed session with stunts, dance, tumbling, cheers, jumps, games and lots of team work.
So why not come down and give it a try? Ages 4 to 13 (over 13s please do contact us about our senior squad, too.)
