About me:

I started doing aerobics at the age of 14 with my mother. At the age of 21 I did my ETM qualification (Exercise to Music). I taught for the adult education for 9 years. I trained as a gym instructor 6 years later and came to work at Harpers at Sleaford Leisure Centre. I have been doing personal training since June 2008. I love doing one to one training and discussing what my clients are really after and helping them achieve their goals.

I have taught aerobics for 13 years, 9 years for the adult education. I have been a fitness instructor for 6 1/2 years and love it. I started personal training in June 2008 when a member of the gym asked me to train him for his squash.

Hobbies:

My hobby is running, I love doing it especially outside. If my children are around when I get the chance to go out they’ll come with me on their bikes.

About me:

I enjoy being active out of work as well as in work, to do this I go on brisk walks, the basis for all exercise. After an active week at work I like nothing better than to relax with a glass of wine whilst watching my favourite sport -motorbikes or better still going to watch it live.

Experience:

I began working at Harpers at Sleaford Leisure Centre in 1999 as a part time swimming teacher; I have worked my way up to working full time in Harpers. I enjoy working both on a one to one basis and in a group exercise environment. I have a positive attitude, the patience and the ability to motivate and enthuse, and I believe in setting realistic and achievable goals. I have been successful in helping clients with their personal health and fitness goals including weight management and improving fitness levels for military entry tests.

Hobbies:

Eating out, looking after my cat Troy and camping at the British Super Bikes.
