About me:

 

I have had an interest in Health, Fitness and Sporting Activities from a very early age. I initially used my interests to
improve my lifestyle and technical sporting abilities. As my experience has grown, I have followed my career path
into coaching and instructing. As a result, I now combine my own knowledge, skills and eagerness to learn to help my clients achieve their own fitness and lifestyle goals. I am very proud of what my current clients and I have achieved in the last 5 years, and I hope to achieve even more success with even more clients in the coming months and years.

Experience:
I have 10 years experience within the Fitness Industry, in which 3 of those have been spent being a Health & Fitness Manager for Harpers. Previous to this I applied my knowledge at a local secondary school. In my time there I was in the position as Gym Manager. During my spell at the school I also tutored 16-18 year old students through a BTEC Sports Qualification. Whilst working in the gym, I worked with students of varying abilities and ages, some of which have now
gone on to represent their counties and country to an extremely high level in various sports. After two and a half years of working in the school, I decided that I wanted to further my skills and knowledge within the mainstream fitness industry. I feel that I can now better utilise my abilities with my ever-increasing Client base. I have had much success since returning to the fitness industry in which I was first involved in as a 15 year old fitness instructor! I feel that my drive
and passion to help my clients reach their targets whether they are weight loss, sports specific or just simply lifestyle changes really helps myself and my clients achieve tough and arduous goals no matter how big or small!
Hobbies:
As well as training in the gym as much as my diary allows, I enjoy being involved in sport as an individual or as part of a team and I am more than willing to challenge myself at most activities within reason! I enjoy learning new techniques and methods of reaching my clients’ goals and my own. When I am away from work I like travelling and eating out!

About Me:

I believe in personal fitness and good personal hygiene. I enjoy reading, running, swimming, rugby, and going to the gym. Rugby is my main passion. I currently play for Sleaford 1st XV but I have represented the Lincolnshire county senior rugby XV and captained the development XV, as well as representing the senior regional XV NLD (Notts, Lincs, and Derby). I have completed my NVQ level 3 in Advanced Gym Instruction and Nutrition. Keeping a healthy body and lifestyle has inspired me to aim for achieving certain goals. These include taking part in triathlons, completing a marathon, swimming the English Channel both as a team and individually and to one day compete in Iron Man competitions.

About me:

I am currently in my second year at Bishop Grosseteste University College studying for a degree
in Sports and Education Studies to qualify as a Primary School Teacher. I have a huge passion for
exercise and nutrition. I work here at Harpers, teach exercise classes and I combine my passions for
exercise with my own training routines which I complete in the gym, studio or outside.

My main hobbies are improving my own fitness levels. I recently completed a sprint triathlon
and intend to enter again next year and improve my time. My training methods include running
outdoors and group exercise classes. When I’m not training I enjoy eating out and going abroad
on holidays!
