I began working at Harpers in 2003, and in 2005 transferred from recreational assistant to become a fitness consultant, and in early 2006 I became the Health and Fitness Manager. Over the passed 3 years I have taken particular interest in aiding members with injuries, although I am now broadening my interests to include specialised training for individuals.
My biggest sporting hobby has got to be tug of war, representing County Durham at Northern area level, and in 2007 reached the national finals in Warwickshire, narrowly missing out in the final pull off’s. I also enjoy going to the cinema and socialising with friends and family.
