Here at Lilleshall National Sports Centre we have teamed up with Lilleshall Sports Injury Rehabilitation and the English Institute of Sport to offer a full range of sports injury rehabilitation and physiotherapy, in our brand new fitness and conditioning suite, helping elite athletes and sports people recover following injury and surgery.

LSIR opened the UK's first residential sports specific injury rehab facility at the Sports Centre in 1986. To date literally thousands of sports people have utilised the expertise of Lilleshall's Rehab staff to overcome injury.
