I have worked for Harpers Fitness for 8 years in 3 different clubs, from instructor to managerial positions. I am
qualified in sports therapy and remedial massage, I assess injuries and provide hands-on rehabilitation in the
gym and at the treatment room located at the pool, as well as mobile and home visits. Providing exercise
therapy, I have a vast knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and I have been lucky to work with some

About me:


I am relatively new to to the fitness industry but have always had a keen interest in various forms of exercise for my own benefit including free weight, flexibility; core strength and body conditioning. I enjoy power walking particularly cross country. I also have taken part in local half marathon. I now work part time as a Fitness Consultant alongside Personal Training and Sports Message therapy.

About me:


From taking part in my first P.E. lesson in school I knew that fitness was something I was interested in.
After leaving school I studied Level 2 CYQ Fitness Instructor at Oakland’s College after which I then
pursued a career in the fitness industry and am now working for Harpers Health and Fitness.

About me:

I am a fully qualified level 3 Instructor and Nutritional Advisor offering one to one
Personal Training on an appointment only basis. I specialise in weight management,
increasing muscle tone, dealing with lower back pain and sports related training.

About me:
About me:
I am the type of person who loves to laugh, and I feel strongly that if you are paying for
something you should at least enjoy it. My passion came when, at 17 stone, I decided to
lose weight over a period of 12 months. It was a case of trial and error, resulting in me being
fitter, stronger and weighing a lean 12 stone. I want to give people the same feeling of
achievement that I have had. Above all, I truly believe that training, no matter how
hard, should be fun!

I was born in Harpenden and apart from attending secondary school in France, have
been based here all my life. Staying fit and keeping healthy have always played an
important role in my life so when it was time to have a career change it seemed the
