About me:
I have been involved in sport at a very high standard for a large portion of my life;
in addition to this my own training regime has always been important to me which has
facilitated over the years an accumulation of many training systems and philosophies.
I will guarantee to offer the best results in the shortest space of time with fun and
effective workouts.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 Fitness & Exercise Core Training Resistance Training
- Advanced Functional Trainer Balance Training Cardio Training
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer Reactive Training Special Populations
- Certified Kettlebell Trainer SAQ Corrective Exercise
Experience:
Having over 5 years experience, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and
understanding of fitness and exercise. Having worked alongside clients who have come
to me wanting to achieve their own personal fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle
building or rehabilitation from injury, my passion is to always provide safe and effective
workouts to achieve these goals and help change my clients lifestyles.
Hobbies:
I have been lucky enough to have played football at a very high level in Germany for a
large part of my life before injury cut that short. I now enjoy watching football, socialising
with friends and also working on my own fitness goals. Also in my spare time I get the
chance to perform in front of the camera as a part time model. I have been involved in
some great photo shoots and appeared in a few national magazines.
