I am a happy-go-lucky person who enjoys life and loves people. Interaction and socialising play a huge role in my life, as well as having fun and smiling.

Reps Level 3, PT, Nutrition and weight management, ETM, GP Referral, Cardiac Rehab, Spinning, Reebok fitness boxing, First Aid.

Experience:

For many years I have enjoyed training people in both gym and group training based sessions. My training programmes are based around people as individuals; they will be functional and practical, and will help achieve goals set however out of reach they seem.

Hobbies:

I enjoy watching movies, eating out, socialising and spending time with my family.

 


 

Tom Woods

About me:

I studied Sports and Leisure at University and this led me onto Personal Training. I have trained myself and others for the past five years, mainly specialising in free weights. I can help you achieve your goals in a way that will suit your individual needs.

Qualifications:

I have a Higher National Diploma in Sport and Leisure, a Level 3 Personal Trainer Award as well as Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management. I also have my Swimming, Diving and Basketball Coaching Level 1 awards, am an NPLQ Lifeguard and am First Aid qualified.

Experience:

Working in the Leisure Industry has given me experience with a number of different people. I have been involved with many sports from golf to weight lifting, and more extreme sports such as mountain boarding. I have trained myself and others in the gym getting great results.

Hobbies:

My hobbies include weight training, swimming and any outdoor activities or water sports. I also enjoy meeting new people.

come from a martial arts background and have over 25 years experience participating in and
coaching students to National & International level on the Freestyle Martial Arts circuit. I am

I am an enthusiastic person who loves fitness and following a healthy lifestyle, with

Qualifications:
I am a REPS registered Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a Diploma in Sports Massage
Therapy and certification in Gym Instructing.
Experience:
I have always enjoyed sport and find it fascinating. I like to experience things first
hand and have tried out many different things including Bungee jumping, rock
climbing and Scuba diving. In Poland I did the first qualification towards a Ski
Instructor course and am looking forward to completing the certification. Prior to
working in the gym I was employed at Active Learning, helping to look after young
children and keeping them physically active.

My main hobbies are running, mountain biking, travelling and reading a good book.

About me:
For me fitness means freedom to be able to do whatever I want – from mountain biking to snowboarding to simply playing with my two children. Growing up with congenital heart disease
and undergoing two open heart surgical procedures, to me fitness was always a goal, and

Jean-Pierre Blazek

About me:
I was born and raised in Lugano, Switzerland and come from a family of professional athletes.
My father played ice hockey for Hockey Club Lugano, my mother was a British figure skating
champion and my sister was a junior Swiss champion figure skater and competed at junior world
championships for Switzerland.
I played ice hockey at junior national level for 15 years and subsequently coached one of the
junior teams for Hockey Club Lugano. I have also competed in road cycling at a junior national
and international level for several years. In 2009, after working in the banking and media and events industries, I decided to follow my passion for sports and fitness by qualifying as a personal trainer. I am energetic, motivated and passionate about sports and fitness. My aim is to transmit my enthusiasm and knowledge to my clients in order to help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
My philosophy is that there must be balance in all things in order to be consistent and embrace the
long-term benefits and enjoyment that come from taking part in physical activities.
