St Albans Striders
The St. Albans Striders is your friendly local running club, catering for all ages and abilities of (adult) runner, whether seasoned athlete or just starting out. We meet three times a week at Westminster Lodge, where you will find heaps of support to help you on your way to your running goals, while having fun of course!

St Albans Athletics Club

St Albans Athletics Club is a small club and our emphasis is still on the younger athletes - although we do compete as a composite club in the Southern Men's, Southern Women's and National Junior leagues. At the club we have a number of coaches with knowledge on every discipline for all ages who will provide basic skills to younger athletes and more advanced specialised techniques to older athletes.

If you are interested in finding out more about the club why not come down to one of our training sessions:

The track is closed to the public during these sessions.


Abbey View Golf Society
The Abbey View Golf Society has around 130 members and was set up in 1996 primarily (although not exclusively) for retired people, male or female who just enjoy the game of golf. Anyone who can play on our club days, Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings (8.30am until 1pm) are welcome to join.
