Abbey View Golf Course

Set in the beautiful surrounds of Verulamium Park and linked to Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre, Abbey View Golf Course and Outdoor facilities provide a variety of different activities for all of the family.  Hot and Cold drinks, Ice Creams available at reception now!

9 Hole Golf Course

The par 3 golf course is the perfect location for a leisurely round of golf, or a great starting point for those looking to develop their game, but still providing some challenging shots.

Athletics

Our 6 lane 400m Athletics track is available all year round and can be used
for casual use for the public, booked out for events and also clubs and
Sports Days. Hot and cold refreshments are also available to purchase
at reception.

Football

During the winter months we have a floodlit grass football pitch available
for hire. This is situated within the centre of the Athletics track.

Outdoor Facilities - Tennis Courts & Crazy Golf

As well as running these facilities, we also have 3 hardcourt tennis courts and a crazy golf area, all within the surrounds of the park itself.

Toddler Splash Park

It’s coming to that time of year again when the Toddlers Splash Park will reopen for the summer. The dates for 2010 are 1st May – 5th September from 10am till 6pm.
With water jets and features in operation throughout the day, it is the perfect location to cool off during the summer months. There is a Splash Park Attendant on shift between the times above and you can book and pay for your Tennis and Crazy Golf with them. Also available is the hire of tennis rackets and balls and Crazy Golf putters and balls.
The Splash park attendant will also have an Ice Cream cart with a wide range of Ice Cream available.
