benefits. This class is geared more towards beginners so you don’t need to worry
if you've never tried Spinning before, that’s what this session is for.

All facilities offer comfort, quality in a relaxed and friendly environment. Whether its fitness, relaxation or just a coffee and chat we have programmes that suit all lifestyles.
