New Age Kurling & Bowls
New Age Kurling is a form of the original curling game, but adapted so that it can be played indoors on any smooth, flat surface, such as a sports hall or a village hall, rather than on ice as the stones are rubber with ball bearings.
New Age Bowls is a similar adaptation where the bowls are foam with an inbuilt bias, which makes the game still realistic but can be played on various flat surfaces.
Both sports have become extremely popular over the last couple of years due to its inclusive nature. The games can be played by both able-bodied and disabled people of all ages without segregation.
If you would like a New Age Kurling taster session please contact Donna Lill.
