Extreme NK is a Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) funded initiative through North Kesteven District Council, hosted by Leisure Connection, which has been running since August 2006.
The project aims to engage all young people aged 9 – 19 across North Kesteven to become interested in various extreme sports. All children within the North Kesteven district are welcome to participate in the activities on offer.
Extreme NK offer events throughout the year to various groups and organisations as well as organise outreach days to try and get all involved in adrenaline fuelled activities.
Extreme NK for hire!
Extreme NK has the following various mobile facilities available to hire for private and event purposes as well as community events.
The mobile skate park is ideal for skateboarders, inline skaters and BMX riders as we have various sized ramps which can be set up in various forms depending on ability and interest. This can be set up on any hard flat surface and is very popular. Also our mini half pipe is available, this is a static piece of equipment which can be used on either hard flat surfaces or grass but lends itself to more experienced riders to get the full experience.
Also our Mobile Climbing Wall is available for hire; all safety equipment is provided including harnesses and helmets. Our climbing wall operates with an automated belay system - catching you as soon as you let go.
All safety equipment is provided including staff from set up through to packing away at the end of the day for all activities.
We usually operate our days from 11am – 3pm, but requests on altering the times can be made on booking.
