Balance your work out with a swim… it has more benefits than you think!


Harpers Fitness is launching a brand new programme for swimmers. The “Harpers Aquatic Experience” will help you to achieve your health and fiitness goals through a balanced and varied swim routine. The programme is great for people who find swimming tedious. Swimming trainers will work with you to look at your swimming style and help improve your stroke, work more efficiently as well as losing weight, toning up and improving your overall levels of fitness.

Earlier this year Harpers Fitness in partnership with our local partners launched free swimming for those who are 60 and over and those who are 16 and under. Did you take part?
